My Transformation after Two 90 day Challenges
I had high blood pressure, high blood sugar, I always seemed to be tired and I was stressed about my weight. I thought about losing weight everyday, there wasn’t a day that went by that I didn’t say to myself that “I would start tomorrow” or “I will start next week” and of course it was always one of my New Year’s resolutions. The stress and weight was effecting my body with aches and pains and the inability to avoid the yearly colds. As a single father with 3 kids counting on me every day I couldn’t afford to be sick.
